FIBERGLASS PTFE PACKING
Pure PTFE packing braided by pure PTFE fiber, without PTFE emulsion and grease treatment. Because it is made of solid woven and flexible adjustable, so with the shaft, packing box can be a good match with excellent corrosion resistance, good self-lubricating and anti-paste.
PTFE graphite fiber braided packing is made of polytetrafluoroethylene wire containing graphite particles. It has a strong tear strength and high thermal conductivity, low friction coefficient and it makes it stable and long life.
Glass fiber is standout among the different organic and inorganic fibers as ideal replacement of asbestos. All of fiberglass products are made of good quality E-glass fiber, it has many excellent capabilities of high strength and high temperature resistance, low density and low thermal conductivity, better insulation and incombustible etc.
Glass fiber packing Braided from E-glass fibers without any impregnation, will not shrink or swell in service. May be ordered square or with a rectangular cross section.
FIBERGLASS PTFE PACKING Application:
As a static seal for vessels, heaters, manhole, lids, covers, thermal insulation and fire-proof of pipes etc. Suited for chemically neutral and resistant to water, steam, hot air, oils and so on. GREAT 112R and 112G can be used for pumps & valves.
