Each module consists of a continuously folded, inorganic spun ceramic fiber blanket held under compression. Upon installation, this compressed blanket expands to form a seamless, monolithic lining that effectively minimizes heat loss. This results in significantly improved furnace productivity, reduced fuel consumption, and enhanced thermal efficiency across various heat processing applications.
