General Description:
CNAF/PTFE Gasket PTFE Envelope Seal is a premium gasket offering excellent chemical resistance, sealing and pressure resistance. These gaskets are designed for iso tank container applications transporting hazardous chemicals and food liquids.
The gasket is made from a combination of asbestos-free fiberboard and pure PTFE, which provides a very good seal and is resistant to harsh chemicals, temperatures and pressure. The non-stick properties of pure PTFE ensure the gasket remains clean and free of contamination, reducing the risk of product contamination.
The significant advantage of PTFE envelope seals is their excellent mechanical strength. The compressed asbestos-free fiber sheet has excellent elasticity and can quickly recover after being subjected to pressure, ensuring that the gasket maintains a good seal even under high-pressure conditions.

Applications:
CNAF/PTFE Gasket PTFE Envelope Seal is suitable for sandwich sealing of various reactors, pressure vessels, condensers, reactors, heat exchangers and storage tanks. Used for sealing tank mouths, manholes, and hand holes.
Gasket type:
1. V type, cutting type, cutting the PTFE sheet from the outside to the inside wall, suitable for low pressure, economical type.
2. L type, machined (square), mechanically turned from PTFE plate, suitable for medium and high pressure.
3. U-shaped, folding type, made of PTFE tape that is wrapped and then heated and bonded. It is generally used for diameters greater than 200mm. The special combination design of PTFE coated gaskets can be used in industries such as food and medicine. Contamination is not allowed
