SUNPASS PTFE Skived Sheet, Tape & Film are high-performance engineered products manufactured through a specialized process where premium PTFE resin is first meticulously molded into a dense, homogeneous billet, or work-blank, and then precision-skived into thin, uniform sheets, tapes, and films of consistent thickness. These skived materials inherit the exceptional properties of pure PTFE, exhibiting outstanding chemical resistance that makes them virtually inert to nearly all aggressive chemicals and solvents, alongside remarkable dielectric strength, ensuring excellent electrical insulation even in demanding environments.
