FEP/PFA ENCAPSULATED O-RING
SUNPASS FEP O-ring (7500FEP) encapsulated Seal is consisted of a seamless and uniform Teflon FEP encapsulation which completely encloses a core material of either silicone or Viton elastomers. The combination of these components creates a seal that is virtually chemically inert and compression set resistant for use in harsh sealing environments.
Separation in vulcanized elastomer core join area. Permissible gap of up to 10% of 0-ring cross section, only if area is filled with bonding agent.
Elastomer core material permissible particle size of up to 5% of 0-ring cross section.
