Ceramic fiber module are designed and engineered to apply on many types of kilns and heat process equipment. Each modules is a continues folded inorganic spun blanket under compression.
It’s prevent heat loss, increasing the furnace productivity and reducing maintenance costs. Installation is quickly and easily completed by contractors or plant personnel who have received basic training.
Applications:

4. Petrochemical industry: the lining of high-temperature reaction equipment and heating equipment in chemical fields, like converting furnaces, constant/reduced pressure furnaces, cracking furnaces, flue lining.
5. Ceramics and electro ceramics: roller hearth furnaces, tunnel furnaces , shuttle furnaces and other kinds of furnaces.
