Pure PTFE fiber packing is a braided packing made of PTFE yarn without soaking any PTFE dispersion and lubrication but with greatly enhanced ability to seal high speed shafts with the addition of inactive and heat-resisting agents. It is recommended for chemical engineering, foodstuff, pharmaceutic where contamination is not allowed. Also it can be applied to seal all chemicals except molten alkali metals.

Application:
A good packing for control valves even under high pressure conditions, reciprocating rods, pumps handling corrosive gases, solvents, acids, hydrocarbons, ammonia, food -stuffs and pharmaceutical industries.
Not recommended to use on molten alkali metals such as Sodium, Potassium and gaseous fluorine as these can attack at high temperatures and pressures.
